Garden Maintenance

By engaging our Garden Maintenance services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.








Garden maintenance will be booked in for a certain duration of time, however, length of time and costs of visits will vary and include general tidying, pruning, feeding and responding to the garden’s needs.

Clients will be contacted at least 24 hours prior to confirm scheduled bookings. This can be by email or text.

Clients may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours prior with no charge. For cancellations less than 24 hours prior, fees may apply.

Clients will only be charged for the time our team spends onsite, not the time pre-booked.



If a maintenance booking is postponed due to poor weather conditions, it will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Any periodic maintenance bookings (i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly) will also be moved to reflect the new scheduling.

Clients will be charged for all time staff are onsite unless poor weather conditions prevent them from working. If staff need to take shelter from weather and work has ceased for a period of time, the client will not be charged for that time.

Staff will decide whether to continue working during wet weather. This decision will be made according to the tasks at hand onsite and their own safety. Staff will asses the site in accordance with PBD Work and Health procedures. This will vary from site to site.

Clients may also cancel works at any time due to poor weather conditions.

If poor weather conditions prevent the starting of scheduled garden maintenance/installations, clients will be notified by staff.



All deliveries to site will be met by staff and clients will be notified.

As a member of the Australian Institute of Horticulture, the Landscape Design Institute and Landscape Contractors Association of NSW and ACT, we ensure that all work is carried out to the highest industry standards and council specifications.
