Landscape Design

Pepo’s Landscape Architect begins by discussing your brief and ideas on the phone, at which time you are invited to complete an online questionnaire and supply photos of your garden spaces.

Once complete, we review the questionnaire and contact you to arrange a Design Consultation.

During the Design Consultation, we will discuss your brief in detail whilst you show us around your garden. This consultation enables us to gain a detailed understanding of the site conditions, layout of your property and aspect of your garden. Your ideas and desires for your garden, budget for the project and the Pepo design process are all discussed at this meeting.

A fee proposal to produce a professional concept package will be issued to you after the consultation. Once you agree to proceed, we will commence the design for your personalised landscape design.

Your aspirations start to take shape when we develop your Concept Design package.

This includes a set of plans, sketches, precedents and ideas to visually express the look and feel of your individual style and needs. Drawing on Pepo’s extensive knowledge of plants, materials and garden layouts, our skilled Landscape Architects take the time to carefully bring your outdoor spaces to life.

Pepo Botanic Design will deliver a comprehensive view of the overall look and theme of your proposed new garden. This package can also be used as part of your Development Application process, if required.

Detailed jobs require further design development, and at this stage Pepo provides a fee proposal for the Construction Documentation.

We will also discuss if other professionals will be required during the project such as Certifiers, Engineers and Surveyors.

Your Landscape Architect then creates a package that captures the specific aspects and exact finishes within your garden.

This documentation assists the construction team to accurately cost and construct the project.

Once the Construction Documentation is approved by you, Pepo’s Project Management service ensures that the installation of the garden runs smoothly. Your Landscape Architect will discuss the project with our Construction Manager to ensure they have a clear understanding of your requirements.  An estimate and timeline to install the garden is then compiled and presented to you.

Pepo takes full responsibility for overall project administration and organises all necessary contracts and insurances, as well as ordering products, plants and materials.

Construction experts are selected based on the specific requirements of your design, while Pepo’s qualified horticulturists and landscapers install the soft landscaping and planting.
